Educational Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Preparation of all Qa Documents like Qap/ itp, Wps, Pqr, Inspection Format, Integrity Checklist Etc.
• Prepare Quality Plan, Project Quality Procedures in Compliance with Contralual Requirement and Pre Conducting Inspection with Vendor.
• Preparing the Internal and External Quality Audits Schedules At all Stage.
• Inspection of Incoming Raw Material and Consumable and Review of Mtc for Same.
• Witnessing of Ndt(pt., UT, Rt, and Mpt) and Radiographs Interpretation for Weld.

Experience Required: 10-15 Years

Educational Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of peb structure fabrication, erection work, AutoCAD, daily production planning, raw materials requirement, mig welding, saw welding, cnc plazma, machine maintenance, painting, dispatch, labour control, quality inspection, ect

• Identify potential clients for Architecture & Engineering Consultancy in the Real Estate, Education and Corporate space in the NCR region.
• Arrange introductory meetings with top management of identified firms.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.

Tendering & Bid Management :

• Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
• Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.
• For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.

Strategic Alliances :

• Scan selected target markets (Infrastructure, Real Estate, Aviation, Metro Rail, Commercial, etc.) for opportunities and identify partners (local/international) for strategic tie-ups.
• Form Moues/JVs with Architecture / Engineering / Infrastructure firms to expand geographic/sectorial reach and firm capabilities.

Required Candidate Profile :

• Experience in Architecture/ Engineering/ Infrastructure firms shall be a plus.
• Should have experience in Bid management/ tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing
• Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication, Strategic & Critical Thinking.

• We are currently looking for an experienced civil engineer to handle our construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform all civil related works of the project, interpret plans, drawings, quantities, specifications & standards to carry out the work efficiently.
• Forecast timeline and planning of labor and materials to ensure project completion within timeframe.
• Monitoring construction site, team handling and labor handling.
• Quality control through regular inspection.
• Forecast design and construction time frames.
• Monitor daily operations at the site and ensure execution according to plan coordinate activities of the various consultants/vendors at the project site.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely communication of material specifications, indenting and sample selection
• Interact with the customers at the site and ensure timely resolution of all queries with respect to the project.
• Bar bending schedule, PEB warehouse construction & Cable of independently handling of complete site.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Civil Engineer with good engineering, mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.
• Good leadership skills and able to handle large projects with minimal guidance.
• Possess knowledge on project supervision, construction management and other site activities.
• Computer proficiency.
